台北市今(7)日氣溫飆破38度，台電亮出今年第一顆限電警戒紅燈。沒想到立法院中興大樓下午接近3時突然跳電，所幸不到一分鐘隨即恢復供電。
立法院部分委員的辦公室所在地中興大樓，下午突然停電一分鐘，整棟大樓陷入漆黑，引發大家質疑是否限電的恐慌，所幸一分鐘後又恢復正常供電。
立法院秘書長林志嘉下午受訪時表示，立法院院區沒有停電，不清楚中興大樓為何會停電，也未接獲相關的報告，會再去了解停電原因。
特別的是，在停電當下，有國民黨立委助理正在打杯葛前瞻預算的提案，沒想到打到一半突然停電，又來不及存檔，哭笑不得，只能自我嘲諷說「這一切都是民進黨的陰謀啦！」
台電公司清查後指出，立法院下午1時因用戶自有設備低電壓保護電驛動作，緊急由經常電源切換到備用電源，造成瞬間停電。台電線路以及供電均正常，目前立法院亦已正常供電中。

洞洞鞋應作為偶爾休閒時穿著，而不建議天天穿著。他表示一個好的鞋子要給腳趾足夠的空間並且寬度必須要與腳相稱，腳的形狀並不是尖的或是錐形。

據《太陽報》，來自美國學院足部運動醫療的教授Alex Kor表示鞋子最重要的部分在於鞋底的鐵心，它用來支撐腳踝及腳趾之間的結構。若是鞋子使鐵心彎曲將容易造成腳痛。而洞洞鞋正是柔軟鐵心的典型代表。他說他上班時不乏看到穿著洞洞鞋的病人因為腳痛來求診。但他也說洞洞鞋適合兩種人穿，一種是足弓高的人，另一種是小腿或腳踝水腫的人。
